These terms apply to the website and business messaging services of Rig & Road Mobile Auto Repair LLC (“Rig & Road,” “we,” or “us”).
Service inquiries and estimates
Our website and messaging channels let you ask questions, request estimates, and coordinate vehicle service. Sending an inquiry does not confirm an appointment or authorize repairs. We confirm scheduling, service availability, scope, pricing, and any applicable fees with you separately. Estimates may change when inspection identifies additional work; additional work requires your authorization. Your approved estimate, repair order, invoice, and any written warranty terms govern the repair transaction.
Messaging
When you contact us or request messages, we may respond about your inquiry, estimates, appointments, repair status, invoices, and follow-up service. Messages may be delivered by SMS, MMS, RCS, or another supported channel. Frequency varies with your request and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional texts, if requested separately, is not a condition of purchasing service.
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (619) 736-4737 or rigandroadrepair@gmail.com. After opting out, contact us by phone or email for ongoing service coordination. Delivery depends on your carrier and messaging provider and is not guaranteed.
Automated responses
Where automated or AI-assisted messaging is enabled, responses may contain mistakes. Confirm prices, appointments, vehicle-specific advice, and repair authorizations directly with us. Messaging is not an emergency service. If your vehicle is unsafe to drive, stop driving and arrange appropriate assistance.
Your use of our services
Please provide accurate contact and vehicle information and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not use our website or messaging channels for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, spam, or interference with the service. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through messages.
Website information and outside services
General website content is informational and does not replace inspection or diagnosis. Links and embedded tools may connect you with third-party booking, payment, hosting, or messaging providers, whose own terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.

Updates and your rights
We may update these terms and will post the revised version and effective date here. Changes apply prospectively. These terms do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law and do not replace your separately agreed repair or warranty terms.
