We use information to respond to questions, identify your vehicle, prepare estimates, schedule and provide repairs, communicate service updates, process payments through payment providers, maintain business records, resolve concerns, protect our services, and meet legal obligations.
Business messaging and automation
If you use SMS, MMS, RCS, or other business messaging, your phone number, messages, attachments, and delivery or interaction information may be processed by messaging platforms, carriers, and their service providers to deliver and operate the conversation. Where Google business messaging or AI-assisted replies are enabled, Google and the providers operating that feature may process conversation information to provide the feature under their applicable terms. Confirm important details with us directly, and do not send passwords or full payment-card details through messages.

We share information as needed with providers supporting website hosting (including Webflow), booking and repair management (including Shopmonkey where used), communications (including Google where used), payment processing, and professional business support. The information shared depends on the service involved. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights or safety, or at your direction. We do not sell customer personal information. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process this information as needed to deliver and support our messaging services.
